      <title>Replacement sim not arriving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve ordered a replacement sim about 5 times online and none of them arrived. I been to the shop to get it in person with my ID and they said you have to be over 18 to get it done in the shop. I’ve also ordered a replacement sim over the phone and that hasn’t arrived. This is getting really annoying and I don’t know what to do at this point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
