Just ordered an additional line (iPhone 15) for my partner. It requires a new sim as she can’t bring her old one across. This was all sorted via telephone

we received the phone but no SIM card. Could it be an e-sim? Or am I waiting for a physical card

Hello

If you requested a Sim Card (Physical Sim Card) then it will be delivered by Royal Mail and takes 1-3 days.
