I have texted to try and receive my PAC code and it comes back with an error message.

Trying calling EE no-one answers my call. Getting very frustrated.

@barryyoung72 What number are you texting PAC to ? It should be 65075.
if there’s more than one device on your account, then you cannot get it via text and you have to call customer services.
