eSIM is only available to pay monthly contract customers at the moment.

Hmm. Helpful answer! How do I convert to e-sim. Tough luck. Sorry you can't. And I thought EE was supposed to be the best network !!

You can convert to an eSIM if you have a pay monthly contract plan, @roland-perry-uk. It just isn't available for pay as you go customers at the moment.
