HELP Have ported BUT Temporary number still showing to people they call/Text

HELP,

Two friends of mine have migrated from PlusNet to EE

They both asked for number to be ported and their numbers HAVE ported successfully BUT when calling or texting people they are being given the TEMPORARY number rom when she received the new SIM card

Can't seem to solve it with the number of 'solutions' from 150 - Any help gratefully receivd for me to pass on to them.

When did your friends pass their PAC code on to EE?

Have they both had a message stating the port is complete?

What phone are they using?
