Esim Help for Upgraded Samsung

Hi all,

I've just received my upgraded Samsung and have managed to get almost everything transferred over from my old phone. I previously had a Samsung with an esim and thought it would be as easy as deactivating my old phone and the esim would then work on my new phone? The option to deactivate is 'greyed out', I can't change the settings at all in my old phone.

Hi @Jwoody1

Did you get a replacement eSIM with your upgrade? If not, you can order one and once you've registered it, the old one will deactivate.

It was a great help, i fixed my issue regarding esim activation in my samsung device.
