How do i get the QR code to add eSIM to my mobile data section of my settings on my phone which is Apple iPhone

@serenmai123 You can request to move from a physical sim to the esim via the my EE app. You haven’t be a contract customer to use to be able to switch to the esim, PAYG isn’t yet supported. To be honest if you don’t need to use the esim then there is no gain in switching from a sim to an esim. There are more issues if you do use an esim over a physical sim. The easiest one to explain is if you break the device and have no screen access how are you going to move the esim information to a different phones. If you still want to use the esim open the my EE app and click the person icon top right. Now click settings and permissions and then click activate sim/esim now follow the on screen instructions
