    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to iPhone 14 pro max and somehow managed mess up transferring the SIM card by selecting e-SIM (and subsequently deleting my old physical SIM). I spoke to an advisor who said they would send a new one through the post last Friday, 8th September but as of today, Tuesday 12th I am still yet to receive the SIM card. I only have access to the internet through wifi and currently cannot call or text. This means I cannot use WhatsApp either as to set it up requires a code be sent via SMS also. I can’t find a way to be in contact with EE and I’m getting beyond frustrated. In fact I’m not in contact with anyone. I live alone and need this fixing in case I, or family get into issues. Please someone, help if you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This can take day 3-5 days sent with Royal Mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;By any chance do you have an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE Store&lt;/A&gt; near by? you can always pop into &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;your local EE Store&lt;/A&gt; with photo ID and get your replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
