      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3988838"&gt;@MarkJoel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you go to a EE store you’ll need in date photo ID with you. &amp;nbsp; It’s not possible to order online if you don’t have a working sim as you’ll be sent a text to confirm that request of a &amp;nbsp;replacement sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can call customer service from a different device though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;+44 800 079 8586&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
