@nurkan , you should be able to check in settings about and it should let you know whether the phone is networked locked.

T Older phones were networked locked, but newer ones are not, this has been the case for the last two or three years where they are not locked to a network.

EE can also check this for you if you give them a ring.

If you got the phone elsewhere, that is not from EE, then it definitely is not locked to EE.

The phone is Sony Xperia 1 V that had been bought from here so i guess is not network locked.

You can request the device to be unlocked on the Device unlock (ee.co.uk) form. You will need the IMEI number to complete the request.

That's the only you can find out if it is unlocked by putting in another network's SIM in & see if it works.

You can be any where in the World, doesnt stop you from putting another Network Sim in the Phone to see if its Network Locked or not.
