      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone was damaged so I have purchased a new one on downloading my esim I am unable to activate it as it is sending a txt message to confirm , however I am not receiving the txt messages ( I’m guessing as I have no sim ) &amp;nbsp;my old phone died so I can not access it at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated as I am miles away from the nearest Ee store&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;chris&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
