i’m trying to activate my new sim card as my old one is broken, it’s saying it will send a pin to my old sim to activate- how can i receive the pin if my old sim is broken? i can’t even call ee directly through my phone, tried to use someone else’s but now they have a new system where you can’t speak to someone directly it’s all automated text message solutions and it assumes the problems are from the phone number of the device you’re calling from instead of my phone. so with no way to contact ee i’m stuck on what to do.
