EE wont recognise my Pay As You Go Sim Card Number

I have recently recieved my PAC code from my previous network.

I am trying to keep my excisiting number.

when I enter the EE mobile number at the beginning it continues to ask for the PAC Code, then it takes me on to the EE mobile number and the number I was to keep.

Once I press continue it will not recognise the EE mobile number stating:

Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.

All the information is correct , ive tried different browsers and still having no luck.

Please advise.

If you are unable to provide your PAC code online please give us a call on 150.

A member of our customer care team will be able to process this for you.
