got a new sim but now blocked on viber saying i was spamming, how, brand new sim and 6 people on my viber who are my family.

viber will not budge blocked

Hi, it was a sim new bought on ebay with a easy number as my old memory on the rocks.

Sounds like that number may have previously been used with Viber, @Hammers1970.

i had to activate on EE to get it on, then i was offered a pay monthly sim by a sales staff then he used my number from the sim i just topped up by a fiver to activate it..... don't think i'm never going to get a answer as they blocked for good, used viber for year to keep in touch with my older kids and my old mum. thank you for the help

Mobile phone numbers are recycled when they're cancelled, @Hammers1970. I think a previous user of that number may have been a Viber user.

We can change the mobile number for a new one through our customer service team. We can't guarantee it'll be memorable or fix the issue with Viber though.

Hi just to let you know its all sorted new sim over the phone had to have a new number but it was instant last night and viber is up and running again, think i'm going have a word with the eBay seller. thanks again
