Moved from O2 to EE and cannot make calls

Have done everything correctly and transferred old number using PAC code, switched off and on etc but still cannot make calls. EE has taken money from my account so all set up correctly. Still cannot make calls even to 150. Help urgently needed.

In the EE shop now. Faulty SIM card. Thank you for replying.
