&lt;P&gt;When did your number transfer start?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does everything work if you remove the O2 SIM and put the EE one in the primary SIM slot?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Intermittent fault with ported number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have recently transferred an O2 number to EE, the Samsung phone is a dual sim but the O2 sim is now switched off so only the EE one is operating. The phone still shows O2 as the service provider, some text messages and calls are not getting through, is there anything else we should be doing in settings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
