&lt;P&gt;If the old SIM is damaged and you are unable to receive the PIN you would need to contact us, you can call us from any other phone and also use the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile" target="_blank"&gt;message us option on the get in touch page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also visit an EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can you call number when you have no phone until you receive pin ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then you text pin to phone that isn't working yet, madness.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why not email this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
