Hi @Gingedraw

Just text PAC to 65075 from the number you want to keep. As you said, it should return your pac code to you.

If you are having problems getting it then I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.

Thanks,
Alex

PAC code

I called EE to request my PAC code and was given a 3 digit number. I was told not to use this number until the end date of my contract. I did what was asked buy my code does not work. I have attempted to request a new code by texting the number suggested but it does not recognise my details. I have searched online and it appears that the number I was given was incorrect as I should have been given 3 letters and 6 digits. I am keen to keep my number. Can anyone suggest how I do this?
Thanks in advance
