Re: SIM to eSIM conversion

I have iPhone 13 mini. It supports eSim. When I go to Settings -> Device and SIM -> "Replace my SIM", I’m only presented with a physical sim option. Any suggestions?

Hi @Mcbeebo

Why do you want to replace your physical Sim with an eSIM? Are you looking to have two active lines?

If not then there is no point in swapping to an eSIM. It Will cause more problems if ever, you need to switch phones or switch providers.

If you still want to add an eSIM, just scan the QR code that EE send you, and tap add Mobile Plan.
