Your old sim will no longer work, and you won't be able to request a new eSIM online because it asks for a OTP. Going into store is the best option because it will activate and work right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also get in touch with the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;mobile care team&lt;/A&gt; by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone and they can send you a new eSIM or sim in the post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What was the reason to switch to eSIM?
