Phone calls muffled

For the last 6 month all my phone calls the people can not here me the call is muffled and broken but I can hear them

texts are ok

i have had my phone checked with an apple shop and my phone is fine and I have put my sim in a different phone and these calls are muffled so it must be my sim

I think I need a new one sending out
