      <title>Where is my SIM card?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new SIM card 17th July (new customer) it still hasn't arrived. I cant get beyond options menu as I do not have an EE number yet. Tried entering my order number on the tracking site and that isn't working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I find out where my SIM is? My nearest shop is 1 hour 30 mins round trip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any way to get help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;James&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is your SIM PAYG or pay monthly contract?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are normally sent by second class post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info, but unfortunately I have to have my EE mobile number to get through the voice menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm porting over an existing number from another network so I'm stuck in a cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE doesn't recognise my number it until I get the SIM (monthly not PAYG). There seems to be no way to get to speak to someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The way to solve this is to call&amp;nbsp;sales 07953 966250 following the prompts through to mobile / new orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No EE number is required to get through the voice prompts. They were able to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
