Log into your online account Menu- Account settings > Manage numbers and change your settings.

Or speak to EE CS on 150.

@Solprats : As long as you possess the no. in question, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap. However you should get the a/c holder's permission to do this.

That’s not correct as I have tried that and the response was because I am not the account holder then they must log into ee or call CS. I don’t speak to the account holder so now I can’t get my PAC number

@Annie165 Only the account holder can request a PAC code as it’s their account and their number. You are only a user of the number and it is legally not your account to make such a request.

I know that, that’s what I said. I was responding to xray as they said you could text and get it!
