Old number to new SIM

Good Afternoon,

Today I did upgrade to my SIM plan ( 2x unlimited data for 18£ each/monthly) for me and my wife we both are existing EE customers. I've been told by one of your agent that this upgrade will apply automatically to my SIM (which did) but the second one (wife's one) will be delivered by post. My question is can we move her old number to that new SIM card once it will arrive? It is very important for us to keep her old phone number.

How do I do that?

@Mimik96 When you get the new sim you need to put it in the device. Now please read THIS as this explains everything better than I can.
