    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently damaged my old phone where it he screen stopped working. I remotely erased the phone before sending it away to get repaired. I’m now using an old phone and it says no SIM card installed and network unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried two different phones and they both come up with the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do I need to order a new SIM card or can I reactivate my current one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you call us from another phone on &lt;A href="tel:07953 966 150" target="_blank"&gt;07953 966 150&lt;/A&gt; our mobile care team can send you a replacement SIM card with the same number, or, if you have an EE Store near you please pop in with photo ID and they can get you set up with a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
