Hi,

I initiated my port to EE from O2 yesterday and received a text saying it would be complete by 6PM today.

At 6:20PM I had a second text stating “Your existing number transfer to your EE plan is now complete, please turn your device off and on again for these changes to take effect”

My O2 sim is still active and receiving calls/texts and has working data, my EE sim only seems able to make outgoing calls, texts (from the ported number) and also has working data.

Am I being impatient (it did say it was complete?) or who/which department should I get in touch with?
