Keep trying to do this on line but get the message needs to be a UK number and start with 07 which the info I enter complies with

Also how do I contact ee by phone as every time I call a number it's says about the accounts team and paying £36 but I'm not yet a customer

Are you typing the number in manually? If you're copy and pasting, please make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the number.

If it still doesn't work, please try on a different device or browser.

You need to call 150 from the EE SIM to speak to our Mobile Care team.
