I'm in Tanzania right know but my sim card is blocked I dont know why

I have been pay all my bills but sim card not working

Hi @ahmedmaalim,

How recently did you travel to Tanzania - did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK? You need to do this in order to enable roaming on your sim. If not then you will need to get in touch with customer service who will be able to activate it remotely.

Have you tried restarting your device?
