Ordering an E-sim (get QR code)

How can I order an E sim QR code? I can only find the page for ordering a physical sim on EE online and app (FYI I’m looking specifically how to order an E sim online, not going in store or by phone, thanks)

Hi @etsumisu,

You can visit this page to order an eSIM if you have a pay monthly contract. It is not available for PAYG customers.

Just choose eSIM from the options and then click 'Continue'.

Hi I’m a giffgaff client but since they do not provide esim QR code for me to be able to use my iPhone 15 pro max , and I’m thinking to change my number .I’d like to have a Pay as Go sim only contract for now . Can I please get a new number and also send me the QR code

Welcome to the community.

Could you clarify if it is a pay as you go or contract SIM that you're looking for? eSIM is only available on contract at the moment.

Thanks for coming here.

If the SIM has been stolen you would need to report this to our mobile guides who can block the SIM card and send a replacement to your home address. You won't be able to order an eSIM in your EE account if this has been stolen.

Do you currently have a pay monthly contract or pay as you go SIM with us?

We only support eSIM on a pay monthly contract.
