No problem @Bigaldo 🙂

If that's the case, you'll need to order a replacement SIM. It can be tricky to push out the correct size without separating all the pieces but it can be done.

You can order a replacement with Customer Care, or pick on up in your local EE store.

Best of luck getting it sorted.

Hi guys I ordered a data only sim to install in my car & it turns out it’s a mini sim I need.

I popped out the correct size template but according to jaguar it has to be the correct size not in a template.
Do ee still stock the mini SIM card in full size or do they all come as this one has with the template?
Otherwise I’m trapped in a 24 month contract for a sim I can’t use.
Thanks guys

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is it a micro or nano SIM you need?

If it is micro and you have already pushed out the smaller nano SIM, you may be still be able to put it back together and insert it.

Hi James,

thank you for the reply.
I have a SIM card that comes with two templates to transform it from mini to micro to full size. The trouble is jaguar say it the SIM card has to be one piece as it may be twisting when inserted into the sim reader. The dealership say they have experienced this issue before and insist on the sim being correct before they will investigate the sim reader.

Cars James who need em eh 😂
