Changing from Bt to ee

I’ve just changed from bt mobile to EE, but if a phone someone, my transferred nos shows on the recipient phone, but if I text them the temporary nos shows.

any ideas how to remedy this problem please?

When exactly did you port in?

Are you using Apple or Android?

It’s an apple iPhone and it swapped over 7 days ago

Thanks for coming here.

Please can you try the below steps on your iPhone.

Select Settings
Messages
Send and Receive, check the correct number is showing and if not please change this.
Then Toggle Off iMessage and turn this back on again.

This should fix this for you 🙂
