      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had a new phone delivered today (apple iphone 14 pro max), I have activated my esim and it is not giving me my signal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this an error? I have tried restarting multiple times to no affect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a physical sim card inserted and no signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285393"&gt;@Shauneeyy&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should only need one sim for EE, either a physical sim or an eSIM - could you try just using one or the other and see if it works as expected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;If not, try resetting your network settings, rebooting the phone and checking the &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/network/ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt; in case there are issues in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to a iPhone 12 in my area we’ve got poor signal but since I’ve upgraded I can’t even use my phone to use calls or go on emails or Internet have to constantly connect to my Wi-Fi. If it can’t be resolved I’ll be leaving ee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
