There is not a menu option of "manage your device in the EE menu. Can you advise

I will be sure to get this process update.

Please could you follow these steps when logged in to your My EE online rather than the app.

Settings > Scroll down to 'Manage your SIM' > you will then see Unlock your SIM and your PUK CODE.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
