hi ! I bought I uk sim , I tried to activated in Italy (where I m now ) I bought I subriscion packet .. but is still not working . I can’t call or send text … but I received text . Please can you help me ?

If this is a PAYG SIM, then it must be used on EE's UK network before roaming is activated for it to work abroad.

The only mystery here is how you received a text message abroad, this would need a connection to a foreign network which in turn needs roaming. I suspect you have been very fortunate.

Hi @Ariannamartinat

No a VPN will not work.

EE Sims are designed for UK networking with roaming as a benefit (now at a cost). If you're in Italy get an Italian SIM.
