How long does a PAC code take to activate

I recently purchased a phone on 09-06-23 i only turned started using the phone on the 17-06-23 i sent off 2 requests to have my new number activated with the PAC and i have spoken to someone in a online chat, and i'm still waiting how long does it take to sort out normally?

It normally takes 24hrs according to the email from EE. I’m still waiting to get the email to say the process has started.

Welcome to the community.

If it's done before 5:30PM, the number will transfer the next working day. If it's after 5:30PM, it will transfer two days later.
