Why is my SIM card not working on my old phone? My screen smashed and I switched back to my old phone but the sim won’t work

Are you with someone who could test their SIM in your old device?

Was your old device on EE or is it unlocked to all networks?

Hi… my phone is ee just like my new phone but my SIM card won’t work on my old phone… it just keeps saying “no service”

Have you tried restarting your phone with the SIM inserted?

Yes I’ve just tried it… it still says no service… it’s the same SIM card I’ve used on both phones

If the SIM was working in your other phone and has been inserted correctly, your old phone may be faulty.

Do you have another phone you could test the SIM in?

No I don’t… WiFi is working great on it but it’s just the SIM card that won’t work
