No im not in the UK, i need this sim in Germany, and other countries.

This is pay monthly sim.

EE SIMs need to be activated in the UK using the EE home network before travelling abroad.

You will need to activate the SIM on your return to the UK @Art21W.

SIMs can't be activated when they are abroad.
