Hello, I do not use my ee so I can not call 150, is there another number I can call?

Easier said than done. I got one 6 weeks ago for my motorhome trip. I have tried several times to give the one month notice to cancel but ea h person I speak to doesn’t understand what I want and want to cancel my mobile sim. I’m going round in circles.
