My EE account has been closed as I have moved to another country. However, I need a PAC from EE - I cannot find anywhere to request this. I have tried calling etc, but this is difficult to do from abroad.

Any tips as to how I obtain a PAC would be much appreciated.

Hi @fc1999

When did you close your account? If more than 30 days its likely not possible.

If within then you need to call EE CS.

It was probably more than 30 days ago. Is there any way I can still obtain one, I urgently need it!!
