incomming calls issue from sky/o2 numbers

Weirdest thing , i recently moved across from sky mobile - my number will not allow calls in from o2 /sky numbers . i can call them though and recieves texts etc just not calls . any ideas on how to fix this ?

Could you restart your phone this morning and let us know if it's the same? Are you able to call those numbers?

Out of interest, are these numbers 0330? I've had issues receiving calls from 0330, whereby my phone will either go straight to voicemail, or I pick up and the line goes dead. Plagued me on Plusnet (EE MVNO) and now on EE!
