BT to EE changeover

Changed from BT to EE as my BT contract was coming to an end and it won't accept my PAC numbers. It keeps saying its not the correct format (when it is). I assumed, from Lewis who talked me through the changeover, that our numbers would change automatically. It's now been 48 hours and I still have the temporary numbers that nobody knows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Annie

Welcome to the community.

Could you try doing this on a different device/browser please? Also, please try typing it manually instead and not copy/pasting, making sure there are no spaces before or after the code.

Let me know how you get on.

Thank you Christopher, I have since spoken to a lovely gentleman at EE who has assured me that it will all be done automatically on Tuesday 30th May, and they will send me a text when it's done. I don't have to do anything at all. Apparently the Bank Holiday weekend is holding things up.
