BT to EE one has worked the others not

3 iPhones on BT, moved over but the Sims we sent to my second address, the mobiles stopped working and when I rang BT they said the numbers had ported. I drove to my second address, put the sim in my phone and the EE network came up straight away. The other two phone say no sim, I have tried reinserting but nothing comes up.

yes, all had stopped working on BT

OK, thanks @jontmoore

The best thing to do here is speak to our Mobile Care team so they can check the status of the transfer and hopefully get them working.

Let us know what happens please.
