I order EE SIM card online few hours ago can I get EE sim quicker if I go to EE store?

If you wish to visit your local EE Store you will be required to provide proof of ID such as a passport or drivers license.

If this is a replacement SIM, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a look at your account and order a replacement SIM.

Or, you can take photo ID to an EE Store and they will set you up with a replacement SIM card.
