&lt;P&gt;Please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with Customer Care&lt;/A&gt; so a member of the team can take a look at your account and order a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or, you can take photo ID to an EE Store and they will set you up with a replacement SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
