I'm having the same problem.... Just bought a new PAYG SIM but it's not working and I have no signal. I'm in UK.

When I use my OLD SIM, also PAYG EE, it works fine.

I have a standard size PAYG sim but need a smaller one (micro) now to fit an iphone i have been supplied - how do i go about requesting such?

To order a new SIM card with the same number, please get in touch with our mobile care team and they will get this sent out to you.

Or, if you can visit an EE Store they can replace the SIM card for you if you take photo ID with you 🙂

Yes.
Whilst sailing around Greece we had problems with lack of phone and wifi. EE sent this new sim to my home address, so not much help in Greece and they badger me to use ITi but cAn't get it to work

If you have been provided a new SIM as a replacement it will need activating.
