Hi I had a laptop delivered last month and always used WiFi. I’ve been to use it out the house today ans relalised I have no SIM card even tho it says on delivery note

@WinstonDT Was this a contract or a purchase from the accessories store ?

If it was a contract did you check all the packaging as the sim should have been loose within the package.
