      <title>Number not transferred from giffgaff</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered 4 SIM cards, 1 of which was to replace my daughter's giff gaff PAYG SIM which has a number &amp;nbsp;I wanted to keep (the other 3 were for brand new devices with no existing numbers). &amp;nbsp;I provided EE with the PAC code from giffgaff but the number has not tranferred - &amp;nbsp;after about 10 days. &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure how these things work - would one of the 4 SIMS been linked to the old number and it's possible I chose the wrong new SIM to put into my daughter's phone? &amp;nbsp;I can't seem to get hold of anyone to talk to and have tried about 5 different 150 options...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All the SIMs have new numbers, none has the existing number from my daughters previous giffgaff PAYG SIM. &amp;nbsp; By asking for a number to be transferred &amp;amp; providing EE with the PAC, shouldn’t the change to the old number happen automatically? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should I try the other new SIMS in my daughters phone one by one, &amp;amp; give each 24 hours to see if the change to the old number happens? &amp;nbsp;Wish there was someone to talk to - v frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
