I have a PUK code. What do I do too use it??

A PUK code is used to unblock your SIM.

Has your SIM been blocked or do you have a PAC code?

Sim is new from EE. Old sim was lost.

I have a PUK but don't know how to use it.

Is your SIM showing as locked?

If yes, you will be prompted to insterted the code when the SIM is in your device.
