Last week I initiated a transfer to the EE network, in the course of which I was sent a new EE SIM with a new temporary [EE] number. After a bit of a struggle I did manage to 'port' the phone's effective number to the original BT number: ie:<BR />1. Leave the phone switched on overnight<BR />2. Power-off and restart in the moning<BR />3. Leane for another 24 hours<BR />So far so good. However, when examining the Phone number in:<BR />Settings &gt; About phone &gt;<BR />it shows the (wrong) temporary EE number.<BR />How do I change this to the desired 'original' BT number?<BR />My wife has a Galaxy A51 and has exactly the same problem after porting to EE.
