Lost phone had to get new one. With same number took it out on Thursday was working fine now saying sim not provisioned

Tried troubleshooting with taking out and phone on and off

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the status of the SIM for you.

Is this something that can be fixed today as my baby neonatal apps are run from that number
